Under its new brand :CCOR Schäfer MWN develops and produces innovative components from fibre-reinforced plastics and hybrid metal-plastic elements. Drawing on a combination of passion, innovative flair and our comprehensive know-how in the field of advanced composite components, we develop customised, application-specific solutions to match individual requirements – for example for use with drive technology or in mechanical engineering.
We analyse your product requirements on a holistic level, looking at the specific application environment and always developing the optimum solution for our customers´ needs – with the materials, design and production technology in mind. Our portfolio of services ranges from the original concept, to design, FE calculations and manufacturing of the finished component.
Schäfer MWN is a joint venture between SchäferRolls GmbH & Co. KG, a producer of high-performance elastomer and composite material roll covers, and MWN Niefern Maschinenfabrik GmbH, a specialist in the design, construction and production of roll systems. The two companies currently employ around 350 people, specialised in the development and manufacturing of technologically advanced, premium quality products used in the machine and engineering industry. Both companies have played a leading role in their respective markets for many years.
