Under the brand name :CCOR, Schaefer MWN GmbH develops and produces innovative products

made of fiber-reinforced plastics, which are produced in the winding process, as well as hybrid

metal-plastic elements – in close cooperation with the internationally established parent companies SchäferRolls GmbH & Co KG and MWN Niefern Maschinenfabrik GmbH. With passion, innovative

flair and comprehensive know-how in the field of composites components, we develop customised, application-specific solutions to match individual requirements, for example in the areas of rolls and mechanical engineering as well as drive technology. Our portfolio of services ranges from the original concept, to design, FE calculations and manufacturing of the finished component.

 

At the earliest possible date we are looking for motivated reinforcement for our team:

SALES MANAGER COMPOSITES (M/F)

YOUR TASKS:

 

_development and implementation of the sales strategy to expand existing and establish new

customer relationships

_responsibility from acquisition, product calculation, quotation through to contract conclusion

_sale of CFRP products in the paper and film industry

_development of new ideas to enter new markets and to further develop the product portfolio,

taking into account market trends and customer needs

_development of application-specific product solutions and projects in close cooperation with the

development department

_support of the parent companies and other partners for CFRP-relevant issues

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

_successfully completed degree in engineering or industrial engineering or comparable education

_at least three years of experience in sales, ideally with products made of fiber-reinforced plastics (FKV)

_very good negotiating skills and a sure instinct towards customers

_independent, goal-oriented and responsible way of working

_excellent communication and team skills

_secure language skills in German and English

_willingness to travel
